Rachelle Cox

Rachelle is an experienced educational leader with over 25 years’ working in a variety of educational settings as a teacher and administrator. Rachelle’s career began as a secondary educator in New South Wales, teaching Health and Physical Education to secondary students.

Rachelle earned a Bachelor of Education (Physical and Health) degree, through the University of Wollongong. Additionally, Rachelle earned Certificates in Women in Leadership and Deputy Principal’s Colloquium through NESLI (National Excellence in School Leadership Institute), a partner of Monash University. Rachelle’s teaching expertise spans T-12 in Physical Education and Health, as well as numerous other curriculum areas including primary and secondary English and Mathematics, secondary Humanities and Food Technology and Certificate II Hospitality through VET. Rachelle was appointed Head of Middle School of Haileybury Rendall School in January 2018, the first year of operation, and part of the inaugural executive team. Rachelle is passionate about developing, designing and delivering relevant education experiences to all students, which led to the creation of her current position, Director of Vocational Learning.

Rachelle has lived in the top end since 2012 with her husband and four children.
