Ben Bishop
Head of People and Culture
Ben Bishop joined Haileybury Rendall School in Darwin in 2023 to recruit and retain talented and passionate staff and to support staff in leadership opportunities and career advancement.
As Head of People and Culture, Ben is also responsible for promoting staff wellbeing initiatives across the school.
Ben brings with him extensive experience in teaching VCE having spent 12 years at Kilvington Grammar School and five years at Norwood Secondary College in Melbourne.
He comes from a family of teachers and during his own time at school, a number of teachers made a significant and positive impact on Ben and also inspired his choice of career.
