Our school is a unique and wonderful place to work. We began in 2018 and have spent the last six years growing from 400 students to over 1,000 students, bringing along many talented and energetic staff for the journey.

We are now established as the largest and most successful independent co-educational school in the Northern Territory and are a school of choice for great teachers from across Australia and other parts of the world.

Ongoing, relevant and meaningful professional development is a strong focus for staff at Haileybury Rendall School. We provide opportunities for staff to attend live and online conferences to develop further knowledge and leadership skills. Staff are our greatest asset, and we look after them.

Indigenous excellence

Haileybury Rendall School is firmly committed to educating Aboriginal students from remote Australian communities. Our ambitious target is to ensure that every graduate leaves the School with the skills they require to become active and contributing citizens.

Support and mentorship

Haileybury Rendall School staff are strongly supported via a detailed induction and mentoring process. Graduates are provided extra support and coaching. Throughout the School, there are many opportunities for leadership roles and the transient nature of the workforce means many career paths can be accelerated.
