Applying to Haileybury Rendall School
We have made applying to Haileybury Rendall School as streamlined as possible and applications can be made at any time using our online form. Due to the high demand for enrolments, places at each of our entry points are limited. For this reason, we encourage you to apply as far in advance as possible.
How to apply
- Complete an application for enrolment, paying a fee of $250 for each child to join the waitlist. The waitlist is ordered in date of application for a specific year level and year of entry. Priority is given to siblings of current students and alumni.
- Approximately six months before the start of the school year, Haileybury Rendall School Admissions will contact families who are next on the waitlist to invite their child for an interview.
- Students attend an interview with a parent or caregiver and a senior member of the teaching staff.
- If successful, the student will receive a letter of offer. To accept, simply return all relevant documentation to the Admissions Office with the appropriate non-refundable entrance fee ($535 for Transition to Year 12 or $1,035 for ELC).
Domestic applications
Students who hold Australian citizenship or Australian permanent residency, or whose parents are business visa holders, are considered to be domestic applicants.
Major entry points for Haileybury Rendall School are:
- Early Learning Centre Reception and Pre-School
- Year 5
- Year 7
Opportunities for entry are sometimes available in other year levels.
