Lisa Doyle joined Haileybury Rendall School in 2022 as a Junior School classroom teacher and Literacy Coordinator. She was drawn to the School’s ethos of ‘every student matters every day’ and is inspired by Haileybury’s Explicit Teaching Model, which strongly aligns with her own educational philosophy. In 2023, Lisa was appointed Head of Junior School and is currently the longest-serving Head of Junior School at Haileybury Rendall. She provides stable, values-driven leadership with a strong focus on academic excellence, student wellbeing and staff development.
Prior to joining Haileybury Rendall, Lisa worked at Parap Primary School, where she led the Inclusion and Support Team. She also served as an Inclusion Advisor with the Northern Territory Department of Education, where she critically reviewed strategic plans and implemented effective differentiation and inclusive classroom practices.
Lisa is a certified HALT (LEAD) teacher under the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership standards. In this role, she mentors colleagues, models best practice and contributes to continuous improvement in teaching and learning across the school, and is deeply committed to the ongoing success and growth of Haileybury Rendall.
Lisa has two children at Haileybury Rendall School. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has recently taken on a new personal challenge by returning to competing in triathlons.
