Haileybury Rendall School's Greatest Shave
This week Haileybury Rendall School participated in the 20th anniversary of World’s Greatest Shave.
Since its inception, the Leukemia Foundation has raised over $200 million to help Australians with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related disorders survive blood cancer and live a better life.
Students and staff gathered in the quadrangle to watch volunteers from Middle and Senior School say goodbye to their locks.
The Junior School also joined in on the fun with a busy hair colouring station. The event was capped off with staff and students rallying to convince Principal Craig Glass to sport a rainbow hairstyle.
Thank you to the Student Leadership team for hosting such a wonderful event, helping with the colouring station, collecting donations, cooking lunch and organising the great music.
The School’s spirit and generosity were certainly evident day, raising over $3,000 for blood cancer research.
